Bayinbulak Scenic Area is located in Hejing County, Bayingoleng Mongolian Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang, in the northwest of Hejing County and in the hinterland of the southern foot of the central Tianshan Mountains. In October 2016, Bayinbulak was established as a national 5A-level tourist attraction. The scenic spot is an eco-tourism scenic spot integrating hills, basins, grasslands and wetlands. It is also known as the Dreaming Grassland, the Horse Paradise, the Hometown of Donggui, and the Hometown of Swans.

Bayinbulak Grassland is an alpine basin surrounded by snow-capped mountains, with an altitude of about 2,500 meters and an area of 23,800 square kilometers. It is the second largest grassland in my country after the Ordos Grassland.
