Xinjiang noodles
Mixed noodles, commonly known as Latiaozi in Xinjiang, or "Langeman" in Uighur, are a favorite delicacy of people of all ethnic groups in Xinjiang. There are many versions of its origin. One is that it originated from Shanxi and was brought to Xinjiang by camel travelers from Shanxi; the other is that it was invented by Uighur compatriots; We don't have to delve into its origin too much, nor do we have to stick to which name it is called.
