[Safe Production] Hejing County: Implement Safety Responsibilities to Promote Safe Development

In order to do a good job in safety production in the field of natural resources, maintain a good order in the development of mineral resources, and effectively enhance the sense of responsibility and urgency of enterprise safety production, the Hejing County Natural Resources Bureau has solidly carried out the work of "reviewing" safety production to comprehensively investigate and remediate natural resources. For potential safety hazards in the resource field, pay close attention to mine safety precautions, strictly implement the main responsibility for mine safety production and territorial supervision, comprehensively carry out crackdown on non-compliance and violations, and strictly prohibit mines from digging and stealing beyond the boundaries of mines.

This work began on September 29 and ended on October 7. The focus was on "reviewing" inspections of enterprises and units related to safety production: First, whether non-coal mines were mined according to the development and utilization plan, whether there were Potential safety hazards caused by violations of laws and regulations such as cross-layer and cross-border mining, mining instead of exploration, unauthorized change of mining types, and mining with expired licenses; second, whether there is a "resurgence" phenomenon in the suspension of production and closure of mines; third, whether there are unlicensed Exploration, unlicensed mining, and random mining and indiscriminate digging; fourth, the illegal use of land by gas pipeline networks, gas stations, and hazardous chemical companies; fifth, inspections and investigations of geological disaster-prone and frequent geological hazards in various townships and towns to check whether there are hidden dangers of geological disasters; The sixth is to check whether the mining enterprises have gone through the land use procedures in accordance with the regulations; the seventh is whether there are safety hazards in the fire safety of the bureau and the safety management of buses, so as to ensure that the safety production work in the field of natural resources is implemented.

A total of 21 non-coal mines were inspected this time, 12 general hidden dangers were investigated on site, 10 items were rectified, and 0 major hidden dangers were found. Feedback was given to the person in charge of the company on the problems found during the inspection and the existing safety hazards, and ordered to rectify within a time limit , and issued 2 copies of the rectification notice within a time limit.

In the next step, the Natural Resources Bureau of Hejing County will take the three-year special rectification of production safety as a major political task, and implement various production safety requirements. The first is to further improve the implementation of the main responsibility of mining enterprises, urge enterprises to implement the main responsibility, standardize safety management, and consciously carry out hidden danger investigation and management; Establish and improve the long-term mechanism to explore again, by strengthening source governance, improving the level of law enforcement supervision, innovating safety supervision methods, and highlighting the resolution of deep-rooted and root-cause problems; fourth, make more efforts in overall coordination and promotion, requiring supervision units and mining enterprises It is necessary to give full play to its role and continue to do a good job in the special rectification of production safety in the field of mineral resources.
